It's the Heart (and heat) of the Wedding Season - Sun & Heat Protection During an Outdoor Wedding

So, you decided to opt for a wedding outdoors under the sun in the middle of the lake, ocean or beach. Are you sure that you have all the aspects of an outdoor wedding? Do you have the fact that you and your guests will be outside for many hours throughout the day in the hot sun beating? Some people worry so much that there will be rain or cold, that they are completely forgotten, for the sun and the heat. The last thing you want is for you and your guests will be burnt and the images from the wedding early because they are the sun-fried. So here are some sun protection tips to note whether you are the bride, groom or guest at a wedding outdoors:

     1. Tan in a salon or outdoor prior to the wedding. Tanning of any kind is bad for the skin and can lead to peeling off the wedding.
     2. If you want to look tanned outdoors, for self-tanning products that give you the same effect without the skin. There are many lotions and foams wonder that the work on the skin.
     3. Make sure you have sunscreen numerous times throughout the day. Encourage your guests to do, so good. Enter the invitation that the wedding outdoors, and remind them to sunscreens. Here's an idea - in the hands of the small decorative bottles of sunscreen as an early wedding favor for your guests.
     4. Try to avoid the sun as much as possible between the hours 10 and 4pm. The rays of the sun are most at these times. Maybe it's a good idea to take pictures closer in the morning or early afternoon, before someone too tired (or incinerated) from the sun.
     5. Pack (and tell your guests to pack) Cover-ups, shawls, wraps and hats for protection against the heat of the sun. Scarves are perfect for your shoulders, because it is a good area for burns.
     6. The wedding coordinator should ensure there are tents and umbrellas for shade. This is very important because the expenditure for the whole day in the sun with no shade can cause heat exhaustion and be harmful to your health.
     7. Finally, make sure there is plenty of water for you and your guests. There is nothing worse than too hot and thirsty. Lack of water can cause dehydration can be very dangerous for you and your guests. Have water-cooler setup in different areas, so that they are easily accessible for all.
