It's the Heart (and heat) of the Wedding Season - Sun & Heat Protection During an Outdoor Wedding


So, you decided to opt for a wedding outdoors under the sun in the middle of the lake, ocean or beach. Are you sure you have considered all aspects of an outdoor wedding? Did you consider that you and your guests to go outside for many hours of the day by beating hot sun? Some people worry that much will be rain or cold they completely forget to prepare for the sun and heat. The last thing you want for you or your guests to be burned for photos and leave early marriage because they are fried in the sun. Here are some tips sunscreen to keep in mind if you are the wife, married or invited to a wedding outdoors:

     1. Do not sunbathe in a lounge or outside before marriage. Tanning of any kind is bad for your skin and can cause peeling right before marriage.
     2. If you want to look tanned outdoor opt for self-tanning products which will give you the same effect without damaging your skin. There are many lotions and foams that wonders on the skin.
     3. Make sure you apply sunscreen several times throughout the day. Encourage your guests to do the same. Indicate on the invitation that marriage is outdoors and remind them to wear sunscreen. Here's an idea - apart from small decorative bottles of sunscreen as early marriage favor for your guests.
     4. Try to avoid the sun as much as possible between the hours of 10am and 4pm. The sun's rays are strongest at that time. It may be a good idea to get closer photos of the morning or early afternoon, before everything is too tired (or burned) by the sun.
     5. Pack (and tell your guests to pack) cover-ups, shawls, wraps and hats for protection against the sun's heat. Shawls are perfect to cover your shoulders because they are an area for burns.
